Alot of reports from studies etc say that the people that lose it the slowest are more likely to keep it off.
Hiya,I had a bad month as well.... ive lost 2.4 this month but put on....900g! So really I havent lost that much!
Having said that i had a few significant upcomings last month i/c hens night and grad dinner - turns out cake, alcohol and alcohol (did i forget to mention the alcohol) are bad for weight loss!
Although its all behind me so...hopefully this week will be better, In the past when i havent lost too much and ive been good i can usually figure it out...like not enough H20 or even dinner choices?????
But chin up chick! Let me know how nivember goes for u!!!
xoxo
i had a slow weightloss.. i did loose 5 kgs then gained 100g..although as i dont look at my weight i thougth it was only 4kgs as i was told.. i bit the bullet to see what i weighed and realised it was 5kg.. almost doubly yours but i still havent lost a whole lot for 5 weeks really I too am losing slowly, with a loss of only 900g in my second week. I'll keep pushing as Ive been on TF before and I know it works!!!! Hun, dont worry about it, its still a loss which is great. I bought a food and exercise diary from calorieking, you can get them at newsagents, woolies etc and they are really cheap, you could also write everything down in a book, and go back to the tf consultants and ask them to review it for you - they might be able to see something that you cant see.Theres loads of factors that might be the reason why, so by writing everything down u will be able to take it to the tf consultants, or to the docs if they suggest you go there also. Also mark off when its that time of the month also, just put a star or something there, as there might be an increase then due to fluid etc.
I have noticed, that i might have a crappy weigh in of 400 or 600g and then boom i might end up with a massive loss and am left scratching my head to work out why.
One other thing too, is many people (including myself) are noticing they are loosing cm rather then kg - have you noticed a change in measurements? If you havent taken them before, do them now and do a comparison in a month - record those measurments in the diary also
