  • Keep up the exercise, but tighten up that food plan of yours. And watch those pounds melt away. You CAN do this. You really, really CAN. And you should. The benefits are out of this world over the top incredible. :)
What Robin said. Food plan is the cake. Exercise is icing on the cake.
Thank you all ladies!! I am not going to be having anymore "snacks" Lol! I will be cutting down and watching calories. And waiting for my woosh Lol! My mom told me to exercise every other day and see if that helps any. I am going try and not weigh myself until the 20th and see how close I can get to my onederland goal!
you should get a tape measure and measure yourself (neck, bicep (writing arm), bust, chest, waist, hip, thigh(writing arm side), calf) and keep track of that too - if you are exercising and not losing weight, you may be shrinking because muscle is more dense than fat...
you may be losing fat but gaining muscle - that's still GOOD!

It takes several months of pretty intense strength training to develop and build muscles, so I'm not sure if this is the OP's reason for lack of weight loss.

Keeping a food journal, you bite it - your write it, is a good tool to see where some extra calories may be sneaking in, thus stalling weight loss.
