When did you start seeing results??
  • Im just curious as to when you all started noticing the change in yourself? I cant wait until i am at that stage, i think it will be a huge motivator for me to actually see more then numbers on the scale!|||I agree and we are always the last to see results in ourselves I always recommend taking a before pic, one taken in front of a door is good as you can see the difference around the door frame as well as you shrink within it

    Take extra measurements around your arms thighs and bust, I always lose weight in my feet and hands first so take note of how rings, watches and shoes feel. If you ever need anything please call us and good luck with your weightloss journey|||I don't know to be honest... I can't even remember. My boyfriend noticed it more than I did at first... I started taking photos at the end of each month to compare to the previous month and I find that's an awesome way to keep track but as far as 'seeing' the results... I think it was when I put on a shirt after a few weeks and it wasn't as tight as it used to be. Mind you I've lost almost 12cm off my waist so shirts now hang off me but my butt hasn't shrunk at all... it probably depends where you lose it from and how fast you lose it... mine are all small losses, also would depend on your body shape etc. I'm sure when you do start to notice the differences you'll be over the moon and telling everyone OR actually they'll be telling you Good Luck Manda x|||Well I know its early for me only having lost roughly 5kg so far but my bum feels smaller...and my tummy seems flatter in the morning.  I did get into a shirt last week that I hadn't warn for over a year.  Was too tight across my back.  I wore it quite comfortably.  I guess its just the loss of excess fluids before the actual fat begins to burn, but I did notice a  small difference.|||Thanks heaps I have lose 5.7 so far and i unofficially weighed in this morning (my normal day is thurs but i cant help myself) and i had lost another 1.8.. So thats 7.5 all up in 3 weeks. Im pretty stoked about it i can tell you!! I am just waiting for the day where i can actually see it.. I was going to take photos every 10kg so i can keep a visual record of my progress. I think that will help me to see it more too..

    My mum is one of these mothers who tell you you have lost weight even if you have gained 50kg lol so she is no help at all.. My father on the other hand is so brutally honest about it that i think he is my best bet lol..

    Good Luck everyone!|||I notice some little things very quickly.  For me, I know I've put on weight when it feels like I have a double chin which I can easily rest on my chest.  Now I'm fortunate that I don't actually have a double chin... but obviously my chest/neck is on the last places I put on weight (and the first place it comes off).

    I've only lost 1.8kg so far, but I can already tell some of it has come off my waist because my fave work skirt is sitting lower.

    I think looking at your favourite clothes is a great way to measure your weight loss, as well as your size loss.|||Taking photos is a great idea for every 10 kg, but you might find a huge difference at 15kg, so sometimes you might like to take a pic in between each ten kg.  Wow, going great on the weightloss figures, I'm stoked for you so I bet you are more than stoked yourself.|||I would say 15 kilos for me is when people start to notice, someone noticed the other day and I had lost 13.5 then. Im starting to fit into clothes I havent worn in a while now aswell and it has definetly motivated me even  more|||Hi Amanda (Great Name! - lol)

    Just sharing my thoughts on when I think weight loss becomes noticeable and that is when you lose 10%.  Obviously everyone is different, but each time you lose 10% this is usually a clothing size and others will really notice the difference.  Am sure you yourself will feel things getting looser each week though

    I have heard that its 10% and i have also heard 10kg lol but i guess if you are 100kg then it is 10kg

    Unfortunately i am well over 100kg!! But will get there!!!

    I weighed in early today and lost another 1.8!! takes me to 7.5 in 3 weeks! Super excited about that
